He was awarded a certificate for Outstanding Civilian Service from General Norman Schwarzkopf Jr., Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa Florida for “exceptional service while serving as chauffeur and guardian to our nation’s leaders.”
